The Peach Corps is an organization dedicated to raising awareness about menstrual and hormonal disorders, including PCOS, Endometriosis, and Adenomyosis, focusing on empowering young people with the knowledge to understand and support reproductive health.
Despite its impact on daily life, menstruation remains an underrepresented topic in educational settings, often covered briefly or ignored altogether. Furthermore, when sexual and reproductive health is discussed, essential information about reproductive conditions like endometriosis, adenomyosis, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is rarely included.
Objective
My goal is to design a Menstrual Conditions Educational Kit specifically for educators to integrate into health education curricula. This packet provides age-appropriate, comprehensive information on menstrual and hormonal disorders such as PCOS, Endometriosis, PID, and Adenomyosis, aiming to familiarize young people with the early signs and symptoms. By introducing these topics in a classroom setting, educators can help demystify these conditions, empowering students to understand their bodies, recognize when to seek support, and foster empathy and awareness among their peers.

The Symptoms Checker allows the student to identify and track symptoms. They circle the symptoms and count them at the end, which leads them to the Discovery Booklet. Additionally, it functions as a tracking tool for symptoms as well.
The Discovery Booklet is the main source of menstrual conditions learning the students receives from this kit. The booklet defines each condition, key statistics, and next steps in age-appropriate language.
A fun and engaging tips flexagon book that gives suggestions for easing menstrual cramps.
The packaging was meant to contain all three products and be easily held in large quantities bulk purchases. The form opens up with four folds emphasizing the exciting new content that is to come.
Social Media Collateral
The future of this brand is to branch into digital mediums like social media so students who are interested can have both a safe space to share their thoughts, concerns, and experiences.
Take a Closer Look
Target Audience
The primary audience for this educational packet is middle school girls, many of whom have already begun menstruating and are navigating early changes in their bodies. By learning about these conditions early, girls can better understand the signs to watch for, empowering them to take control of their health.
While girls are the main focus, boys will also receive a version of the packet to build early awareness and empathy. By ensuring all students learn about these topics together, I aim to foster a more inclusive and informed classroom environment where reproductive health is normalized and openly understood.
Middle School Students
They will gain sympathy, become knowledgeable, and feel informed about their bodies and/or their peers' bodies.
EDUCATORS
They need this kit to introduce a topic that is unfamiliar in an exciting format.
Visual Inspiration
There are currently many educational products, campaigns, and kits for menstruation learning. However, there isn’t any educational products for learning about menstrual conditions.

Identity Mark
The identity mark was made to have an exciting and vibrant appearance to ease the young teens into the educational content.
COLOR PALETTE
The main color palette are inviting interpretations from familiar period products and its bodily correlation. The secondary colors are used pop of colors to represent certain conditions or bring delicate vibrancies.

Visual Design
By introducing a relatable teenage character named Jenny, the target audience feels more guided in their experience. Also, a major task was to give the hormonal conditions a friendlier appearance. Oftentimes, these conditions are visualized in photographs or very scientific illustrations. I wanted to abstract the conditions based on their traits and feelings.

Impact
The Know and Grow: Menstrual Conditions Educational Kit empowers young people with the knowledge to recognize and address menstrual and hormonal disorders, fostering informed self-advocacy and empathy. This initiative bridges critical gaps in education, creating inclusive, informed communities prepared to support lifelong health.
